Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes. A little less if you enjoy building things.

🔥 Before first use
Before lighting your Inferno™, make sure all parts are securely assembled and the heater stands on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Use dry, high-quality wood pellets only.
- Follow the instructions shown in the assembly video.
- Allow the Inferno™ to warm up gradually.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance.
Important: The heat diffuser above the glass tube is designed to sit slightly loose. This allows for the natural expansion of steel and glass during use.
Please note: The Inferno™ becomes extremely hot while in use.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure easy ignition, a strong flame, efficient combustion and a longer product lifespan.
Cleaning the burn chamber
We recommend cleaning the burn chamber after every use.
- Allow the Inferno™ to cool completely.
- Remove all ash.
- Brush the entire chamber with a stiff nylon brush.
- Remove any remaining pellets or combustion residue.
Important: A dirty burn chamber restricts airflow and can increase smoke production.
Unused pellets can also absorb moisture, making future ignition more difficult.
Cleaning the glass tube
Over time, deposits may build up on the glass tube.
This is normal and may reduce visibility of the flame.
- Use a suitable stove-glass cleaner.
- Apply using a soft cloth.
- Clean carefully until the glass is clear again.
Allow the glass to dry completely before using the Inferno™ again.
💡 Tip for longer evenings
Would you like a stable, beautiful flame throughout the evening?
Refill the pellet hopper before it becomes completely empty.
Keeping pellets flowing consistently helps maintain an even burn.
Our recommendation: refill approximately every two hours.

Why is my Inferno™ producing more smoke than usual?
Check that the burn chamber is clean and always use dry, high-quality pellets.
Do I need to clean the glass tube after every use?
No.
Clean the glass only when deposits begin to affect visibility of the flame.
The amount of residue depends on pellet quality and the type of fire starter used.
- Natural wood-wool fire starters generally burn cleaner.
- Paraffin-based starters may create more soot.
- High-quality pellets produce less residue.
- Poor-quality or damp pellets can increase smoke and contamination.
For the cleanest burn, we recommend ENplus® A1 wood pellets combined with natural fire starters.
How often should I refill the pellet hopper?
Approximately every two hours for a stable flame.
Can the Inferno™ stay outdoors?
Yes.
The Inferno™ is made from stainless steel and is designed for outdoor use.
For best appearance and reduced maintenance, we recommend using the rain cover whenever the heater is not used for extended periods.
The cover mainly protects against dust, leaves, dirt and bird droppings.
Which pellets do you recommend?
For the best flame, easiest ignition and lowest smoke levels, we recommend ENplus® A1 certified wood pellets.
