RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – TINGELBOK®
We want you to enjoy your TINGELBOK® product. If you are not completely satisfied, we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without providing a reason.
Once you have notified us of your return, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Return Conditions
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Inspection includes viewing, handling and assessing the product. Actual use of the product, including lighting, burning fuel or operating the product, is not considered inspection.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Not have been exposed to fire, heat, smoke or fuel
- Be clean and free from soot, ash or signs of use
- Include all accessories and components
- Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For safety reasons, used fire products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted as returns.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to send us a photograph and we will be happy to advise.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns of:
- Products that have been lit or used
- Products showing signs of fire, heat, smoke or combustion
- Products that have been used with fuel
- Products that are no longer safe or suitable for resale
- Damaged or incomplete products
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

- The packaging
- The product
- The damage or issue
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Inspection of Returned Products
Upon receipt, we inspect:
- The condition of the product
- The completeness of the order
- The condition of the packaging
Where necessary, we may:
- Reject the return
- Apply a reduction in refund value to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection
Refunds
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
