Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

Careful Packaging
Every order is packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
If anything goes wrong during transport, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned products must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.
Fire products that have been used and show signs of use, including soot, ash or burn marks, cannot be returned.
